Compared to traditional MDF or particleboard kitchen cabinets, our WPC cabinets do not swell, delaminate, peel, crack, or rot in long-term kitchen humid environments. They are ideal for residential kitchens, apartment projects, hotel suites, school canteens, hospital pantries, and bulk renovation projects.
Cabinet dimensions, colors, door panels, countertops, hardware, and internal configurations are all customizable per project requirements—truly a one-stop kitchen procurement platform.
WPC Kitchen Cabinet is manufactured from high-quality Wood-Plastic Composite material through high-temperature mixing and extrusion processes, perfectly combining the workability of wood fiber with the waterproof and moisture-proof performance of polymer materials.

WPC panels have extremely low water absorption with 24h thickness swelling rate ≤0.8%, completely non-swelling. Cabinets withstand long-term kitchen moisture and daily cleaning.

4. Strong Structure & High Screw Holding Force
Surface screw holding force ≥1000N, edge screw holding force ≥800N (3.5mm self-tapping screws) – securely installs hinges, slides, baskets, and connectors.
5. Stain-Resistant & Easy to Clean
Smooth surface with PVC matte film, high-gloss PET film, wood grain veneer, or UV coating. Daily oil and water stains wipe off easily.

Formaldehyde emission ≤0.124mg/m³ (E0 grade); virgin WPC material can achieve near-zero formaldehyde, compliant with GB18580.
