WPC Kitchen Cabinet is manufactured from high-quality Wood-Plastic Composite material through high-temperature mixing and extrusion processes, perfectly combining the workability of wood fiber with the waterproof and moisture-proof performance of polymer materials.
The product range includes floor cabinets, wall cabinets, tall cabinets, sink cabinets, island cabinets, and multi-functional storage systems, compatible with quartz, sintered stone, artificial stone, or stainless steel countertops.
- 💧 1. Fully Waterproof & Moisture-Resistant WPC panels have extremely low water absorption with 24h thickness swelling rate ≤0.8%, completely non-swelling. Cabinets withstand long-term kitchen moisture and daily cleaning, especially suitable for sink cabinets and coastal high-humidity areas.
- 📐 2. Excellent Dimensional Stability WPC material has minimal response to temperature and humidity changes. Thermal dimensional change rate ±2.0% (-20℃~70℃ cycle), reducing warping, shrinkage, cracking, and joint loosening for long-term structural stability.
- 🐜 3. Anti-Mold & Termite-Proof With mold resistance Level 0, termite-proof, and acid/alkali/oil resistance, the material effectively prevents damage from mold, termites, and other pests.
